Guidelines for Accommodation

⚠️ READ CAREFULLY!

To ensure everything goes smoothly during your stay, here are some important information and house rules:

• The personal information and documents of the person responsible for the reservation and of the other guests, if any, must be submitted via WhatsApp.

• Visits and parties are not allowed. Only guests identified in the reservation may stay in the property..

• Wi-fi: the information is available inside the property.

• The electrical system is 110v.

• Trash should be disposed of daily in sealed plastic bags and placed in the trash bin (outside in front of the Vila, or in option P, accessible via the elevator in the Ed. Londres).

• Cleaning supplies: we provide detergent, disinfectant, and a scrubber.

• Supplies: we offer filtered water attached to the tap, coffee (with paper filters), salt, and sugar.

• Toilet paper and trash bags: we provide a small amount as a courtesy and do not replenish these items.

• Linens: we provide blankets, bedding, and towels according to the number of people indicated in the reservation. If you desire an additional blanket, change of bedding and towels, and/or cleaning service, an extra fee will be charged. Please request from the host and inquire about the rates.

• Please respect the quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Loud noise is not allowed at any time of the day.

• 🚨 CAUTION: Before starting your shower in the Vila Maju houses, pay attention to the water temperature. Turn on the cold water first and then adjust with hot water.

• When leaving, turn off lights, TV, air conditioning, and fans.

• Smoking is prohibited inside the properties. If you have this habit, please use the common outdoor area.

• Pet accommodation is only allowed at Vila Maju, subject to an additional fee. Please inquire about the cost and inform us in advance if you wish to bring your pet.

• Dispose of waste properly, such as: oil, food scraps, toilet paper, and sanitary products. It is prohibited to throw any items that may cause damage or clogging into the drains and toilet.

⚠️ Keep in mind that the intention of this rental modality is to travel and feel at home. There are no maids, chambermaids, or receptionists. Take care of everything as if it were your own!
