House 4D (garage, near Uniaraxá, easy access)

House 4D is located in a gated community consisting of 8 individual units, with surveillance cameras monitoring the common area and access through an electronic vehicle gate and a pedestrian gate with a digital lock.

Situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood, it offers easy access to major highways and amenities such as a gym, grocery store, and supermarket. It is just a few kilometers from downtown and other key points in the city.

The Vila Maju Houses are newly built properties (construction completed in March 2024) offering a cozy, functional, and well-equipped space. The environment is quiet, perfect for rest or work.

Casa Lírio (4D) offers:

Bedroom: 2 single beds (which can be adapted into a king-size bed), a built-in wardrobe, and air conditioning.

Bathroom: Hot water shower and hairdryer. Also provided: personal soap, toilet paper, and bath towels (according to the number of guests).

Living Room: 1 sofa bed for two, table with chairs (suitable for home office and dining), Smart TV (with local antenna and free Samsung channels), fan, and Wi-Fi internet router.

Kitchen/Laundry: Built-in cabinet, 2-burner electric stove, refrigerator, faucet filter, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, air fryer, basic utensils (glasses, plates, cutlery, and pans), sink, and washing machine (up to 8.5 kg).

Private Garage: For one car.

ABOUT INDOOR SPACE USAGE

Cleaning Supplies: Dish soap, sponge for washing dishes, and disinfectant.

Food Items: Water (faucet filter installed), sugar, coffee, and table salt.

Voltage: 110v

Shower: Electric shower heated by a boiler. Please follow the usage instructions provided in the bathroom.

Wi-Fi: Access information is available in the house.

Laundry: Washing machine (up to 8.5 kg capacity).

Electronic Gate: The access code will be provided after booking confirmation.

Garage Remote: Located inside the property.

RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation. However, it is permitted in the open common area.

Access to the property is restricted to the guests listed in the reservation.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Pets are welcome. Please check for any additional fees to accommodate them with you and be mindful of the house rules.

Guest Access: Guests will have access to the reserved unit and the shared common area.

Entry: The property has a pedestrian gate with a digital lock and access code, along with a vehicle gate controlled by a remote. Each house also has its own individual digital lock.

Note: Visitors are not allowed to remain in the community.
